Terms of sale
Orders
Orders are agreed individually via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when we have confirmed availability, price and delivery details to you in writing.
Prices
Prices on this website are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and are indicative. The price confirmed in your WhatsApp conversation applies.
Refusal of orders
We may decline any enquiry or order at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be used outside its intended research purpose.
Privacy
This website does not use forms and does not collect health information. When you contact us on WhatsApp, we keep your phone number, the products you asked about and the status of your order so that we can respond and fulfil it.
We do not sell your information. You may ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Consultations are conducted by licensed doctors. Medical information shared during a consultation is handled by the doctor and is not stored in our order records.
